What we keep
Your email address, when you signed up, whether you agreed to receive news from us, your listening-minute history, and the stories, texts and audio in your account. We use one functional cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Why
To provide the service you asked for (contract), and, only if you ticked the box, to send you occasional news about DriveTime Stories and other BonusGroup products (consent). You can withdraw that consent at any time on your account page or through the unsubscribe link in any email.
Who processes your texts
To write and narrate stories, the text of the story is sent to our AI providers: Anthropic (story writing), and OpenAI or ElevenLabs (narration). These providers may process data outside the European Union under standard contractual clauses. We do not send them your email address. Your account data and audio are stored on servers we rent from a European hosting provider.
How long
As long as your account exists. When you delete your account, your stories, audio and account data are deleted straight away; backups roll over within 30 days.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data, and object to or restrict its use. Most of this you can do yourself on your account page; for anything else, contact us. You can also complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection or the data protection authority in your own country.
